Conditions for returning or exchanging products

You can exchange and return goods purchased at the Almazovъ store within 14 days after purchase, provided that the original packaging and presentation are preserved.

• The item cannot be returned if:
• The item has been used;
• The packaging was damaged upon opening;
• The product is non-returnable under the Consumer Protection Law.

If delivery is required, the buyer pays the cost of returning the goods to the seller’s warehouse.

Conditions for the return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality

If the product you purchased has a factory defect, defects or does not meet the declared characteristics, you can return the product absolutely free of charge within 7 working days from the date of purchase. The product is non-refundable if traces of product use are found.

To return goods of inadequate quality, send an email to info@almazov.com.ua. Write an application for a return in free form, you must specify the reason for the return and the order number. Return requests are processed within 7 business days. After the return of the goods, the money will be returned within 7 working days.
